Proudly made possible with the support of BSRA and Programmed.

IHEA VIC/TAS invites members to join us for a networking breakfast and thought-provoking panel discussion exploring the changing demands, challenges and priorities shaping healthcare infrastructure in Victoria.
Bringing together senior leaders from healthcare delivery, government, infrastructure planning and the wider facilities sector, the discussion will explore how healthcare environments are evolving and what this means for the people responsible for planning, delivering, managing and maintaining them.
A Cross-Sector Conversation
Healthcare infrastructure is facing increasing pressure from ageing assets, changing models of care, growing service demand, constrained investment and the need for greater resilience and long-term planning.
This panel will bring together leaders working across different parts of the infrastructure lifecycle to share their perspectives on the challenges facing the sector and the priorities that will shape the years ahead.
Discussion will explore themes including:
Asset management and infrastructure renewal
Investment and funding priorities
Changing models of care
Infrastructure planning and delivery
Operational resilience
Technical design and assurance
Long-term planning versus immediate service pressures
Collaboration between government, health services and industry
The aim is to create a practical and open conversation around the realities of delivering and maintaining healthcare environments in a rapidly changing landscape.
